Flower for a Year Contest
ELIGIBILITY & AVAILABILITY
All contest entrants must be a legal resident of Colorado. All entrants must be at least 21 years of age at the time they enter the contest. Entries can be submitted April 1st, 2022 – April 30th, 2023. All reservations are subject to availability and are not guaranteed to be available on any given date.
SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNER
Winners will be selected from a random drawing of all eligible entrants on April 30th, 2023. Winners will be notified by phone and/or email and must confirm acceptance of their prize within 48 hours. Failure to accept the prize within that time period will result in Rocky Mountain Cannabis Corporation withdrawing the award to select a new winner.
PRIZE
Prize value is determined by the MSRP established by Rocky Mountain Cannabis Corporation for 2 top shelf ounces per month for a year. The marketed prize value is based on this price at the time the offer is published and is subject to change. Prizes are not redeemable for cash, non-transferable, and may not be substituted for another item. The sole winner will be the only person able to redeem the monthly prize. Rocky Mountain Cannabis Corporation reserves the right to substitute alternative prizes of equal or comparable value.
GENERAL
By entering this contest, entrants’ consent and agree to permit Rocky Mountain Cannabis to use entrants name, photograph, statements, and voice for advertising, fundraising, promotional or publicity purposes in all media without compensation and agree to sign consent forms if requested. Rocky Mountain Cannabis may use Instagram to promote this giveaway. Participants acknowledge that any such promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram. All taxes (federal, state, local or otherwise) on prizes and all expenses related to acceptance and use of prizes are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Rocky Mountain Cannabis Corporation is not responsible for any failures in technology such as but not limited to: lost/delayed data, technical malfunctions, deletion, omission, computer equipment, network failure, or any other error or malfunction for any human error or misdirected entries. Any entries that have been tampered with will be void. Rocky Mountain Cannabis Corporation shall have the final decision on any and all claims concerning this contest and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if these official rules are not followed. Entrants release Rocky Mountain Cannabis Corporation and its employees from any liability, including personal injury or property damage, with respect relating to any prize awarded. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply, and all Contests will be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. The exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute arising out of the contest shall be Denver, Colorado. Void wherever prohibited by law. Rocky Mountain Cannabis Corporation reserves the right to amend the rules to any contest at any time, and these rules are subject to change at the sole discretion of Rocky Mountain Cannabis Corporation.
