Customer Policies
Last Updated: August 2026
At Rocky Mountain Cannabis (“RMC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we are committed to providing our customers with a safe, convenient, and transparent shopping experience. These Customer Policies explain important information about online ordering, payments, age and identification requirements, pickup procedures, product availability, promotions, loyalty rewards, returns, privacy, accessibility, and customer support.
By using the Rocky Mountain Cannabis website, app, or visiting one of our stores, you agree to follow these policies and all applicable laws and regulations.
Because cannabis laws and requirements can vary by state, certain policies below apply specifically to Colorado or New Mexico.
1. Instructions to Place an Order
Customers can place orders through the Rocky Mountain Cannabis website or app.
To place an online order:
- Visit the Rocky Mountain Cannabis website or app.
- Select the Rocky Mountain Cannabis store you would like to shop from.
- Browse the products available at that location.
- Add available products to your order.
- Complete the online ordering process.
- Visit the selected store to complete your transaction and pick up your order.
Our online ordering system uses location-specific, real-time inventory information to help customers view products that are currently available at their selected store.
Online orders are subject to applicable age, identification, purchase-limit, and other legal requirements.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
Rocky Mountain Cannabis accepts:
- Cash
- Debit cards
Debit card transactions may be subject to an applicable ATM or transaction fee.
Customers should be prepared to provide an accepted form of payment when completing an in-store transaction.
3. Age Verification Policy
Cannabis products are age-restricted products, and Rocky Mountain Cannabis takes age verification seriously.
Online
The Rocky Mountain Cannabis website uses an age gate. Before entering the website, visitors must confirm that they are over 21 years of age by selecting the “Yes, I am over 21” option.
Passing the website age gate does not replace the requirement to provide valid identification when purchasing cannabis products in a store.
In Store
Customers are required to present valid identification before completing a cannabis purchase.
New Mexico Medical Patients
In New Mexico, customers who are 18 or older may be permitted to purchase cannabis as medical patients when they have a valid medical cannabis card and otherwise meet applicable requirements.
Age and eligibility requirements are subject to applicable state law and regulations.
4. ID Requirements
Customers purchasing cannabis products must have a valid, government-issued photo identification document that clearly establishes their age.
Accepted identification includes:
- Valid government-issued driver’s licenses
- Passports
- Other valid government-issued photo identification that establishes the customer’s age
Driver’s licenses are preferred, but passports may also be accepted.
Customers should have their valid identification available when visiting a Rocky Mountain Cannabis location or completing an online order pickup.
RMC reserves the right to refuse a transaction if a customer’s identification cannot be verified or does not satisfy applicable legal requirements.
5. Pickup Procedures
Customers who place an online order must visit the selected Rocky Mountain Cannabis store to complete the transaction and pick up their order.
Please bring your valid, government-issued photo identification and an accepted form of payment when picking up an order.
Online inventory reflects available stock at the selected location; however, inventory can change as products are purchased by other customers.
All online orders remain subject to applicable age verification, identification, purchase-limit, payment, and regulatory requirements.
6. Accuracy of Product Information
Rocky Mountain Cannabis makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate and useful product information on its website and app.
Our team reviews and filters product information when products are received to help ensure that the information presented to customers is accurate.
Product information may include product names, descriptions, categories, availability, and other information supplied by manufacturers, brands, or other sources.
Product information may change without notice, and customers should review product packaging and labeling before purchasing or consuming a product.
The information displayed online should not be considered a substitute for the information provided on the product’s actual packaging or label.
7. Product Availability Disclaimer
Rocky Mountain Cannabis makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate inventory information across our stores, website, and app.
Our systems provide real-time inventory feeds to help customers view products available at their selected location. Low-stock levels may also be displayed in stores and online.
However, inventory can change rapidly, particularly for popular or limited-availability products. A product shown as available online may become unavailable before an order is completed.
Product availability is not guaranteed until the order has been confirmed and the transaction is completed in accordance with applicable requirements.
RMC reserves the right to correct inventory errors, cancel an order when necessary, or limit purchases in accordance with applicable law and store policies.
8. Promotions & Discounts Policy
Rocky Mountain Cannabis may offer discounts, promotions, special offers, and other opportunities to save on qualifying purchases.
Unless otherwise expressly stated:
- Discounts and promotions cannot be combined with one another.
- Promotions and discounts cannot be combined with loyalty reward redemptions.
- Additional restrictions may apply to individual promotions.
- Certain products or purchases may be excluded from promotional offers.
- Promotions may be subject to availability and applicable laws and regulations.

Customers earn:
1 loyalty point for every $1 spent.
Redeeming Points
Reward redemption thresholds vary by state:
- New Mexico: Rewards are redeemable starting at 200 points.
- Colorado: Rewards are redeemable starting at 100 points.
Loyalty points and rewards are subject to the applicable program rules and may be subject to additional restrictions.
Loyalty rewards cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions unless expressly stated otherwise.
RMC reserves the right to modify the loyalty program, including earning rates, redemption thresholds, terms, conditions, or other program features, subject to applicable law.
10. Returns & Defective Products
Rocky Mountain Cannabis does not issue refunds.
Because cannabis products are regulated products, all sales are generally final except where a replacement or exchange is permitted under applicable law and RMC policy.
New Mexico
In New Mexico, defective products may be returned for an exchange, subject to applicable requirements.
Colorado
In Colorado, defective vapes may be eligible for replacement when the customer provides proof of receipt.
No other exchanges are applicable unless otherwise required by law.
