General Disclaimer
1. Eligibility: Participation in the points reward system is limited to individuals who are members of our program. The program is void where prohibited by law.
2. Program Changes: Rocky Mountain Cannabis reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the points reward system at any time, with or without notice. Changes may include alterations to the earning, redemption, and expiration of points.
3. Non-Transferable: Points earned are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Points can only be redeemed by the account holder who earned them.
Earning Points
1. Qualifying Purchases: Points are awarded for qualifying purchases made through our official channels. Not all products or services may be eligible for points.
2. Bonus Points: From time to time, we may offer promotions where additional points can be earned. These offers are subject to specific terms and conditions.
3. Points Posting: Points may take up to 48 hours to be credited to your account after a qualifying purchase.
Redeeming Points
1. Redemption Value: Points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash. Points can only be used to redeem rewards as specified by the company.
2. Reward Availability: All rewards are subject to availability. The company reserves the right to substitute rewards of equal or greater value.
3. Redemption Frequency: Customers are allowed one redemption per day at participating locations.

1. Accuracy of Information: It is the responsibility of the account holder to ensure that their contact and personal information is accurate and up-to-date.
2. Account Security: Rocky Mountain Cannabis is not responsible for any unauthorized access to your account. Please safeguard your account information.
3. Account Sharing: Accounts cannot be shared. Each account is intended for individual use only. Sharing your account information with others may result in the forfeiture of points and termination of the account.
