Of course, we had to put this quirky breakfast joint on our list! Wake N’ Bacon was started in 2019 by a group of chefs who were sick of being told how to cook. They joined forces to create a mouth watering breakfast menu, their own unique way, and it is definitely hard to beat. Some of their delicious menu items include dishes like: Pancake BaconDippers, which are simply fried pancake batter with strips of bacon inside; Candied Eggs- house made deviled eggs topped with candied bacon and mapleTabasco drizzle; a Pork Belly Benedict- english muffins topped with pork belly and poached eggs smothered in hollandaise sauce; and selections of pancakes, skillets, omelets, and of course, biscuits and gravy. Pepe Osaka’s does a fantastic job at fusing the two genres together for an awesome dining experience. Did we mention that they also have some of the best cocktails and margaritas in the area? The staff at Rocky Mountain Cannabis in Fraser, have frequented this restaurant on multiple occasions, with our company CEO even going as far to say that Pepe Osaka’s is her favorite place to eat whenever she is in town. With food options like Carne Asada Tataki, Sashimi Tiradito, Surf & Turf Tacos, Spicy Steak Teriyaki Bowl, and more, it’s no wonder our staff loves to eat there when they’re stoned to the bone.
