It is federally illegal for Rocky Mountain Cannabis to ship products to you. We are hopeful that laws will change in the future to allow us to get cannabis to everyone who needs it.

The right dose of THC and other cannabinoids is different for everyone. Our budtenders advise our customers to go low and slow – inhale, or ingest, a little at a time, taking breaks to allow the effects to kick in. If you feel you need more, then you can adjust your dose from there. Please note: There have been no recorded deaths or injuries from overconsuming cannabis. However, if you begin to feel uneasy or sick, you can call 1-800-222-1222 for Poison Control.

Please contact Rachel (rachel@rockymountaincannabis.com) for Colorado procurement needs and Julian (julian.rodriguez@rockymountaincannabis.com) for New Mexico procurement needs.

Recreational and Medical cannabis are legal in both Colorado and New Mexico, where Rocky Mountain Cannabis operates. It is not legal federally, therefore, the cannabis you purchase must stay in the state it is purchased in.

Terpenes are naturally occurring chemical compounds in many plants. In Cannabis, they provide different flavors, smells, and even feelings. For example, Limonene is a terpene that is commonly found in citrus and also cannabis. In both cases, it produces a sweet and tart flavor, as well as some calming properties. Some individuals may argue that terpenes are more important to your high experience than anything else, so ask one of our budtenders for more information when it comes to terpenes in our cannabis flower.

Indicas, Sativas, and Hybrids are different forms of the marijuana plant, and produce different effects on the body. Indica Cannabis plants tend to give people a relaxed or even sleepy high, heavy in the body. Sativa Cannabis tends to give people energy and motivation, though it can make some individuals anxious. Hybrid Cannabis is a plant that has been crossbred between an Indica and Sativa Cannabis plant, therefore producing buds that are a mix of the two. Every hybrid strain is different; some may lean to one side more than the other side, so ask one of our knowledgeable budtenders for more information!

Yes, there is a difference in the highs when you eat an edible versus when you smoke. Smoking allows the THC and other cannabinoids to hit your bloodstream quickly because the chemical compound latches to the oxygen in your lungs. Therefore, the high is quick to come on and leave your system. Edibles, on the other hand, must be broken down by your liver, similarly to alcohol, and therefore take longer to get into your bloodstream. This is why edibles sometimes have a delayed onset of effects, and also why they may last longer in your system.
