Dutchie online ordering is a relatively new program introduced to the RMC family, with this program we are coming into the future of cannabis sales and changing how we as consumers make our purchases. From the comfort of your own home browse our current inventory and place your order to be preassembled by our team of sales associates, all it takes is a quick sign-up to make an account and you’ll be on your way to the most efficient pickup possible. What is Dutchie?

Dutchie is an online ordering platform for the best marijuana dispensaries in your area. With Dutchie, you can type in youraddress, view nearby dispensaries, and place an order for delivery or pick up.Once an order is placed, the dispensary receives, confirms and fulfills the order.

How old do I have to be to order?

Age requirements vary by state, however generally speaking you must be 21 years old to place a recreational order.

What do I do if there is a problem with my order?

Visit the Get Help page and let us know of the problem. Our customer support reps will work with the dispensary to quickly resolve the issue!

What do I do if I have a problem with the Dutchie website?

What is the cost to use Dutchie?

Dutchie is a free service for customers. Any additional fee’s or charges come from the dispensary you’re ordering from.

What do I do if Dutchie shows my dispensary being closed even though it is definitely open?

On occasion there is syncing problems that occur between Dutchie and certain phone models/updates, use the Get Help page to contact Dutchie about the problem and they’ll resolve it for you post haste!

What happens if they ran out of the product on my online order before I arrive?

Sometimes the timing on sales of certain product lines up just right that weird issues like this arise, notify your sales associate of what the original product you were looking for was and they will do their best to find you the most comparable item in house. If a product that was ordered is not in stock in store, our sales associates will call you to find a similar product that meets your needs.

Can someone else pick up my order?

Unfortunately, no, for us to legally make sales in this format we need the ID of the customer picking up the order to match the information of the person who placed the order.

I wanted to change something on my online order but its already been sent off, can I change that order before I arrive to the dispensary?

Absolutely yes, just give the store location a call before you arrive, and we’ll happily exchange the products in your order. Also, and aswell you can change it when you arrive in person, you’ll always have the availability to change your order to your most current needs!
